Processing time
Finished pieces ship within 1–3 business days. Custom pieces are quoted individually and confirmed with you on WhatsApp before work begins — typical production is 7–20 business days depending on the stone and design.
Confirmation before dispatch
For every custom order you receive real photographs of the finished piece before it ships. Nothing leaves the studio until you approve it.
Delivery estimates
- United States / Canada: 8–15 business days
- United Kingdom / Europe: 8–16 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 9–18 business days
- Rest of world: 12–25 business days
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking status — preparing, in transit, delivered — is visible in My Account as soon as it is dispatched.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties set by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare parcels accurately and cannot mark them as gifts.
