Are the crystals natural?
Yes. Every stone is natural unless the listing explicitly says otherwise, and any treatment (heating, dyeing) is always disclosed on the product page.
Why does my stone have marks inside it?
Those are natural veils, fractures or inclusions. We keep them. They are how you know the stone was formed by the earth and not manufactured.
Can I get a certificate?
Yes, it is optional on any order. For custom pieces, one finished piece goes to an independent laboratory. We charge the laboratory fee only — no markup.
Will I see my custom piece before it ships?
Always. You receive real photographs and can approve or request changes. Nothing ships until you confirm.
How do I track my order?
Log in to My Account. Your order shows its current status: preparing, in transit, delivered — and afterwards you can leave a review.
Can I change my order after paying?
If production has not started, yes. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Do you take urgent commissions?
