Design with Strawberry Quartz Opens the builder with this stone already picked.
Clear to pinkish quartz carrying tiny red platelets – usually lepidocrocite or hematite. The speckles are the whole point: it looks like crushed fruit suspended in glass.
It is the lighter, warmer cousin of rose quartz. Where rose quartz is for repairing, strawberry quartz is for the good part – company, warmth, being glad to be around someone.
A caution: ‘cherry quartz’ sold at very low prices is usually dyed glass rather than a natural stone. Genuine material has irregular, scattered flecks rather than uniform pink with swirls.
